The above list includes the most important sites that provide online dictionary service on-subscription basis or for free. noting that, there are many useful sites that I found during my research, and the reason for not including them in the list, even though, some of them belongs to well-known entities, bodies and universities, is that, they did not comply with one of the criteria that I set.
